Special-Called Meeting
As announced for the past several weeks, there will be a special-called meeting this Sunday, October 19th, after the morning service to vote on the proposed revisions to Article III to the FBC Wycombe Constitution.
Regular Sunday School Resumes
Adult Sunday School classes resume their normal schedule and arrangement this Sunday, October 19th.
Communion and Benevolence Offering
This Sunday, October 19th, we will celebrate the Lord’s Supper at the end of our service. We will pass the elements out in the customary manner, and we will have individual servings of the elements available in the foyer for those who prefer to partake that way.
We will also take a collection for our Benevolence Fund. This offering goes to those with tangible needs. Marked silver offering plates will be at each exit for this offering.
Note: If you intend to give to this offering by check, please write a separate one from your check for the General Fund and Missions. This is because the Benevolence Fund uses a different checking account from the others.
Confession of Faith
We will confess our faith together this Sunday, October 19th, with the words of Question and Answer 26 from the Heidelberg Catechism (1563). You can find the words below:
What do you believe when you say: "I believe in God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth?"
That the eternal Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who of nothing made heaven and earth with all that in them is, who likewise upholds, and governs the same by His eternal counsel and providence, is for the sake of Christ, His Son, my God and my Father, in whom I so trust as to have no doubt that He will provide me with all things necessary for body and soul; and further, that whatever evil He sends upon me in this troubled life, He will turn to my good; for He is able to do it, being Almighty God, and willing also, being a faithful Father.
Halloween in Wycombe
Join us on October 31st for trick-or-treating in Wycombe. We'll see you then!
Semi-Annual Meeting
We will have our Semi-Annual Meeting on Sunday, November 9th, after the morning service.

Giving Information
Giving at FBC Wycombe goes toward three funds: 1) General Fund, 2) Missions, and 3) Benevolence. All three can be contributed to online. General Fund and Missions giving can be done in-person each Sunday. Benevolence can be given to in-person on the first and third Sundays of the month.
Online giving can be done through the link here or texting the word “Donate” to: (484) 969-9878.
Any undesignated contributions given in person go toward the General Fund. Because Missions has a separate budget, it is necessary for missions giving to be designated. To give to the Missions Fund, please designate the amount on an offering envelope. If giving by check, please designate the amount for Missions in the memo line as well.
As always, offering plates will be placed at each exit this Sunday. If you would prefer to mail in your offering, you may still do so; simply send your gift to the following:
