Sunday School

"Sunday School" is FBC Wycombe's program on Sunday mornings for studying and applying the Bible. We have classes or groups from nursery all the way to adults. You can find descriptions below:

  • Nursery - During Sunday School parents can drop their infants and toddlers off in the nursery (located in the back of the Fellowship Hall) with our caring and attentive children's workers.
  • Preschool - The preschool class, designed for children ages 4-6, meets in the rear room on the first floor of the Education Building. Teacher: Andrea D.
  • Children - Elementary school-aged children, up to 6th grade, meet in the middle room of the first floor of the Education Building. Their curriculum is currently Lifeway's The Gospel Project. Teacher: Joe H.
  • Youth - Teenagers meet on the second floor of the Education Building to discuss the big ideas of the Christian faith and how they apply to everyday life. Teachers: Brian J., Kendall C., Spencer S.
  • Adults - Adults meet in the Fellowship Hall at 9:00am for large-group teaching time. At approximately 9:35, the class divides into three small groups: 1) Adults remain in the Fellowship Hall with Tom R., 2) Median Adults meet in the Office with Kevin M., and 3) Young Adults meet in the Pastor's Study with Josh B. All Adult Small Groups discuss the application points from the large-group and then pray for one another.
  • Newer Believers Class - This class meets in the front room of the Education Building's first floor. This group uses mainly discussion to work through books of the Bible. Adults of all ages are welcome. This class is taught by Gary B.

All our children and youth workers/volunteers are in compliance with Pennsylvania state law which requires criminal and child abuse background checks.
