Adult Sunday School
Starting this Sunday, June 21st, all Adult Sunday School classes will meet together in the sanctuary at 9:00am for large group teaching. When that portion of Sunday School concludes at 9:30, we will break into smaller groups for discussion and prayer.
These are the groups that will meet, along with their leader and location:
- Adults - meeting in the Fellowship Hall, led by Tom R
- Median Adults - meeting the Sanctuary, led by Kevin M
- Young Adults - meeting in the Pastor’s Study, led by Josh B
The Adult class that meets in the Ed. Building will continue to meet as before.
New Hymn
This Sunday, June 21st, we will sing a hymn that is new to us, the 2003, “Jesus is Lord.” You can familiarize yourself with it by viewing the video below:
Communion & Benevolence Offering
This Sunday, June 21st, we will celebrate the Lord’s Supper at the end of our service. We will pass the elements out in the customary manner, and we will have individual servings of the elements available in the foyer for those who prefer to partake that way.
We will also take a collection for our Benevolence Fund. This offering goes to those with tangible needs. Marked silver offering plates will be at each exit for this offering.
Confession of Faith
This Sunday, June 21st, we will use the language of Questions 32 and 33 of Hercules Collins’s An Orthodox Catechism (1680) to confess our faith together. You can find the text for that portion of the catechism below:
For what cause is Christ called the only begotten Son of God, when we also are the sons of God?
Because Christ alone is the eternal and natural Son of the eternal Father, and we are but sons adopted of the Father by grace for His sake.
Why do we call Him our Lord?
Because He, redeeming and ransoming both our body and soul from sin, not with gold or silver, but with His precious blood, and delivering us from all the power of the devil, has set us free to serve Him.
CEF Soccer Party
FBC Wycombe is hosting the Bucks Mont chapter of Child Evangelism Fellowship for a Soccer Party on June 22nd from 9:00am-12:00pm. Children ages 5-12 and their parents are invited for songs, soccer games, snack and a Soccer Story!

Giving Information
Giving at FBC Wycombe goes toward three funds: 1) General Fund, 2) Missions, and 3) Benevolence. All three can be contributed to online. General Fund and Missions giving can be done in-person each Sunday. Benevolence can be given to in-person on the first and third Sundays of the month.
Online giving can be done through the link here or texting the word “Donate” to: (484) 969-9878.
Any undesignated contributions given in person go toward the General Fund. Because Missions has a separate budget, it is necessary for missions giving to be designated. To give to the Missions Fund, please designate the amount on an offering envelope. If giving by check, please designate the amount for Missions in the memo line as well.
As always, offering plates will be placed at each exit this Sunday. If you would prefer to mail in your offering, you may still do so; simply send your gift to the following:
