Wycombe Family in Need
As announced on Sunday, a Wycombe family suffered a devastating loss in a house fire. Thankfully everyone escaped unharmed, but they have significant needs. The neighborhood is rallying to help, and we would like to play a part.
The flyer that was distributed in Wycombe is below. You can bring items to the church for collection so we can drop off the items at one time.
If you would like to help monetarily, you can do so directly either through the Venmo information below or through the family’s GoFundMe.

2026 Summer Food Drive
FBC Wycombe is partnering with the food pantry at Calvary Baptist Church in Bristol for our 2026 Summer Food Drive. The needed unexpired nonperishable food items this summer include:
- Canned Vegetables (tomatoes, carrots, peas, pork and beans)
- Canned Fruit (pears, mixed fruit, peaches, applesauce)
- Jelly (grape or strawberry)
- Juice (grape or apple)
- Cereal
- Macaroni and cheese
- Pasta supplies (spaghetti, sauce, elbows, penne rigate)
- Canned soups
- Pancake mix
- Pancake syrup
- Other packaged foods (rice, cheeseburger pasta mix)
- Peanut butter
- Toilet paper
If you are able to contribute, please bring your unexpired items on or before July 26th. If you would like to arrange a drop-off during the week, please contact the church office.
Narnia on the Green 2026
Join us for our 2026 “Narnia on the Green” on August 6th-7th, and 13th-14th at 6:00pm. We and our neighbors will make our trek through the second book in C.S. Lewis’s Chronicles of Narnia series, Prince Caspian.
Guest Preacher
Joseph Knight, Cairn University MDiv student and member at Chelten Baptist, will be returning this Sunday, July 19th, to preach.
Please pray for him as he prepares to minister the Word to us.
Communion & Benevolence Offering
This Sunday, July 19th, we will celebrate the Lord’s Supper at the end of our service. We will pass the elements out in the customary manner, and we will have individual servings of the elements available in the foyer for those who prefer to partake that way.
We will also take a collection for our Benevolence Fund. This offering goes to those with tangible needs. Marked silver offering plates will be at each exit for this offering.
Live-Stream Information
The text for this Sunday’s sermon will be Titus 2:11-15. Click the link here to go to our church’s YouTube channel.

Giving Information
Giving at FBC Wycombe goes toward three funds: 1) General Fund, 2) Missions, and 3) Benevolence. All three can be contributed to online. General Fund and Missions giving can be done in-person each Sunday. Benevolence can be given to in-person on the first and third Sundays of the month.
Online giving can be done through the link here or texting the word “Donate” to: (484) 969-9878.
Any undesignated contributions given in person go toward the General Fund. Because Missions has a separate budget, it is necessary for missions giving to be designated. To give to the Missions Fund, please designate the amount on an offering envelope. If giving by check, please designate the amount for Missions in the memo line as well.
As always, offering plates will be placed at each exit this Sunday. If you would prefer to mail in your offering, you may still do so; simply send your gift to the following:
