FBC Wycombe is partnering with the food pantry at Calvary Baptist Church in Bristol for our Summer 2026 Food Drive.

Needed items this summer include:

  • Canned Vegetables (tomatoes, carrots, peas, pork and beans)
  • Canned Fruit (pears, mixed fruit, peaches, applesauce)
  • Jelly (grape or strawberry)
  • Juice (grape or apple)
  • Cereal
  • Macaroni and cheese
  • Pasta supplies (spaghetti, sauce, elbows, penne rigate)
  • Canned soups
  • Pancake mix
  • Pancake syrup
  • Other packaged foods (rice, cheeseburger pasta mix)
  • Peanut butter
  • Toilet paper

If you are able to contribute, please bring your unexpired items on or before July 26th. If you would like to arrange a drop-off during the week, please contact the church office.

On Saturday, May 30th, we will have a 125th Anniversary Dinner at 5:00pm. Following the dinner, we will have a Service of... First Baptist Church of Wycombe is celebrating the 125th Anniversary of its founding on the weekend of May 30-31, 2026.

On Saturday, May 30th, we will have a 125th Anniversary Dinner at 5:00pm.

Following the dinner, we will have a Service of Thanksgiving at 6:00pm. Come and hear what God has done and is doing at FBC Wycombe.

On Sunday, May 31st, we will have a special 125th Anniversary Combined Adult Sunday School at 9:00am in the Sanctuary. Come and hear about the events surrounding FBC Wycombe's founding and reflect on its current significance.

Following Sunday School, join us for our 125th Anniversary Service at 10:15am. We will worship the Triune God together, hear His Word, and give thanks for what He has done in the last 125 years.

After the service, join us in the Fellowship Hall for a potluck luncheon.

First Corinthians is the second letter that Paul wrote to the church in Corinth, though it is the first that appears in the New Testament. He wrote it in the mi's A.D. in response to news that the church had devolved into schism and immorality and that their corporate worship had turned into chaos. Paul also wrote 1 Corinthians to answer and address questions the church had posed to him.
